Thank you for shopping at Gaucho Select, a brand of Kaizen Commodities Trading LLC. Every order ships chilled — never frozen — in an insulated box with gel packs, straight from our Miami facility.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
2. Shipping Days
Because we ship fresh, chilled beef, we only dispatch on days that guarantee your box never sits in a carrier depot over the weekend:
- Florida: UPS Ground, shipped Monday–Thursday. Typically arrives in 1 business day.
- Rest of the continental US: UPS 2-Day Air, shipped Monday–Wednesday. Typically arrives within 2 business days.
3. Shipping Rates
- Florida: $14.90 — FREE on orders over $150.
- Rest of the continental US: $29.90 (2-Day Air) — FREE on orders over $250.
- We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
- We do not ship internationally.
4. Cold-Chain Packaging
Your beef travels vacuum-sealed inside an insulated cooler with food-safe gel packs, keeping it at a safe temperature for the entire journey. It should arrive cold to the touch — refrigerate it as soon as it arrives. The gel packs can be refrozen and reused.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking. If you have any trouble, write to info@gauchoselect.com or call +1 (786) 406-0260 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm EST).
6. Address Changes
Need to change the delivery address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the box is with the carrier we cannot modify the address.
7. Damaged or Delayed Packages
If your order arrives damaged or warmer than cold-to-the-touch, save the packaging, take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we will make it right.
