How to cook your Premium Box

Pat both cuts dry and season simply with salt. Grill or sear the Entraña over high heat, then rest and slice thinly against the grain. Cook the Tenderloin whole or portion it into medallions; sear over high heat and finish to your preferred doneness, avoiding overcooking this lean cut. Let it rest before slicing. Arrange both cuts on the included wooden board and serve with the Gaucho knife and fork.

How we keep it fresh, from our door to yours

The most common question isn't about the beef, it's how it arrives fresh without being frozen. Here's the honest answer.

Kept cold, not frozen

Every cut is vacuum-sealed and held at 1–2°C in our Miami facility, chilled to stay fresh, never frozen solid.

Shipped with gel packs

Orders leave Miami in an insulated box with gel packs, keeping the meat cold and fresh throughout transit.

Ready when it arrives

Refrigerate it as soon as it arrives and consume within 4 days of opening. No thawing, no guesswork, it’s ready to season and grill.
